Happy Birthday Jesus! The HLS Spring Meadows Lunchroom honored the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ during the Christmas season with this precious manger made by Julie and Mark Weaver. The students loved it!
You can never go wrong with Breakfast for Lunch! This meal is one of the student’s favorites. It just might have something to do with that giant homemade cinnamon roll we serve with cheesy scrambled eggs, nitrate/MSG-free pork sausage links and fresh fruit. Dig in!
Kids LOVE noodles, and this meal is a hit! Noodles Romanoff is a creamy three-cheese noodle dish, made with bow tie pasta, and served with fresh greens salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing, fruit, a homemade roll and a yummy dessert.
Very few things go together as well as soup, salad and a sandwich. This meal varies, but as the picture shows, we serve a hot bowl of homemade creamy tomato soup, with a grilled cheese sandwich, fresh greens salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing, fruit and dessert. This meal does the deli proud!
This traditional meal is always enjoyed by our students. Homemade meatloaf served with a side of mashed potatoes, corn, fruit, a homemade yeast roll and a delicious dessert, like this favorite, apple crisp. Just like mom made!

This satisfying dish comes with mashed potatoes and rosemary infused brown gravy made from the beef drippings and juices. We also serve it with […]
There’s nothing quite like old fashioned comfort food, especially when it’s made from scratch, like our recipe! Our chicken and dumpling dish is made from Amish chickens, homemade chicken broth and fresh vegetables. This wonderful lunch is served with Southern-style green beans and apple crisp, topped with homemade whipped cream. It’s a real crowd pleaser. […]
The Spring Meadows Lunchroom was recently decorated with beautifully bright posters of nutritious foods and Bible scriptures that go along with our belief in providing healthy lunches made from wholesome foods.
