We’ve taken vegetarian refried beans and added tomatoes, seasonings and cheese to compliment the spanish rice. Sour cream and tortilla chips are available as a garnish. Complete with fruit and a treat, this lunch can’t be beat!
No lunch room is complete without a chicken pot pie on the menu. Here at HLS we’ve included the essentials; chicken, fresh chicken stock, celery, carrots, peas and onions. Served with our fresh baked schoolhouse rolls, fresh fruit and brownie. Everybody deserves a little comfort food now and then.

Toppings available are cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. And to round out the meal, we offered a lemon cake with lemon cream cheese icing.
